Discover Bastogne War Museum & Outdoors

In order to complete our offer, the Bastogne War Museum is launching the "Discover Bastogne War Museum & Outdoors" package, which allows you to spend a day at the Museum through a combination of indoor and outdoor activities.

With this package, you get an entrance to the audio-guided tour of the museum, a drink in the cafe, a souvenir bag with products from the shop, quizzes for the children and, last but not least, a roadbook giving access to 4 signposted historical walks (on foot or by bike). These tours, all starting from the museum, pass by iconic places of the Battle of Bastogne such as the Peace Wood, the "foxholes" (rifle holes), the German military cemetery of Recogne, etc. In addition to giving the route to follow, this roadbook (available in French and Dutch) includes the testimonies of German and American soldiers and Belgian civilians who lived a significant moment of their existence on the very places that are covered. These walks are therefore an excellent way to enjoy the beauty of the Ardennes landscape and to discover unique places with exceptional stories.

Adult (+ 19 years old): 25 €

Children (6 to 18 years old): 15 €

Buckle up and hang on! The Bastogne War Museum offers you the opportunity to get on board of a military jeep! With friends or family, a driver will open the doors of his "Willys", his "Dodge" or his "GMC" and will drive you during 1h30 to the most important places of the Battle of Bastogne. Whether you are passionate about the Second World War or just curious, he will answer all your questions about the battle and his vehicle.
